Aza... what kind of balance you expect from taking the natural advantages off from the weapons? Clearly because they are all different they will have natural advantages respect to others in different situations. You are making the use of assault weapons favorable by increasing the spread. The result will be that the users will select assault weapons and no shotguns, as it was the case some few months ago. Who was using shotguns in a constant basis? But that is within the decision of the user in his weapon selection.
If I take less effort to kill my opponent with an X weapon, I will use that weapon. There is always a weapon that suits better than the other in a specific situation. Shotguns are supposed to be very effective in close combat because you may move, jump and dodge while shooting and hit with higher damage than with an assault rifle. If I make more damage with the assault rifle, I don't need a shotgun, specially because the assault has higher range.
Respect to CYLO AS, the gun was unchanged for a long time. Suddenly it takes presence in all games, and then the nerf!!! why? maybe because it became favorable after the hipfire increase of all assault weapons. Maybe because Horrorklown and gizmo started using it, so all other players follow. I am a CYLO AS user since I play BW, and I know you do not get the best results in all maps with this weapon. Gizmo is a Top player, and for sure he selects the weapon is most convenient for him, I am sure he will find the next "best weapon" as soon as CYLO AS isn't. You may continue the cycle....
BTW CYLO AS it is bugged, if you empty the shotgun and reload it will not shoot...you need to change weapon and come back to the CYLO.
In my opinion you should balance some other weapons, for instance:
NANO->220 per hit... is a 1 hit 1 kill weapon, disadvantage? None respect to all other melee.. maybe the scary sound that you ain't able to locate anyway, and do not hear unless the map is quiet...or its too late...
CYLO FS-> Self Damage makes it unusable in most every situation. There is few people using it...

I used cylo also some time ago, but not from the fact of hip or anything else...im too noob to find out what weapon is now better or sth like that..but yes i wondered why gizmo using it now...loved his ak but changed to it..now i know ok
What is exactly the nerf to Cylo? bullets spread like shit now from shotgun? Sry My english could be better

There is a difference between good hip and outrageous hip.
The CYLO shotgun's spread matched the M763's.

No, I'm saying the CYLO's spread was made wider because it was way too tight.

If you think the CYLO is about using the altfire as a main weapon you've clearly misunderstood its concept.

Mate there is two CYLO's in game. The CYLO firestorm and the CYLO shotgun.
