This HMC nerf is unacceptable. The most underused gun (other than healing points) is being nerfed? Not if I can stop this. Being the most useless gun in the game because it requires you to aim, and it is being nerfed? Honestly, this is just ill-favored.

i dunno where to put this, but when i use the stimpack, it doesnt automatically change back to a weapon after i used it, no weapon is shown. Gotta scroll . hm. What a surprise i died often
Perhaps its only me? or perhaps it should act like that on purpose.

There is no programmed nerf for HMC in the change Log??... Anyway HMC is too weak against enemy fire to be nerft... takes too much time to charge and if you missed the shot you are doomed, besides you may not activate the iron sights if you started charging before or holding a charged HMC to shoot. In other words, the weapon sucks except for healing, and the pushing or pulling works fine for the few that are able to maintain the aim on target...

HMC is a pointless weapon with the 'git changes'.
I don't see why that is still required now that the 'gitted' person doesn't die anymore, just freeze. Pushing/pulling people over environmental hazards should be a legitimate strategy, if they put themselves near one.

I don't agree - HMC is a great and powerful weapon, if you learn to handle it well, its definitely my favorite one. The beam deals same dmg no matter on range you use it and I really enjoy instant kills. Charging is a price for power and I think this wep is perfectly balanced. With healing, putting the snipers down from high places and repulsing melee attackers, HMC is awesome thing.
If you hit and miss, there is always possibility to quickly bind to other weapon, so the point about hmc being useless is nonsense.
You plan to change photon cannon, Aza?

Is OP technique same as having 1 shot for a kill weapon, is a push for a kill weapon... if you die in freon, then is not freon is TAM or last man standing...
Which btw is pretty common in all the weapons you whore robot:
Rail gun, pretty much 1 shot 1 kill specially head shot and from up locations. And push kill when there is an edge nearby.
HMC when there are edges to push you
Nano.. 1 swing
Lk in burst is so fast that all shots hit same spot from hip.
and ks:
MOP ->1-6 kills per shot :S
M290.. 1 shot
HAMR or conqueror

What's your point? I've said to Aza on multiple occasions I'll only use the weapons I consider to be most efficient. If he considers them OP he is quite capable of changing them. WIth the skill system counting kills only and not damage, it's only logical to use weapons which guarantee kills. (Have I just given my secret to 8.4+ away?)
Anyway, my point is that HMC has no role currently. It's eclipsed by defibs for healing, and they don't even take a main weapon slot. The knockback/pull is pointless without any environmental elements to use.
HAMR was buffed recently because Conqueror
allegedly, made HAMR unattractive. Well IMO HMC needs a buff to make it attractive over the defibs.

btw if you pull sb over with hmc on an open space map, you're getting killed (same as if you were camping), so you can't use it like that:)
Ok, any positive changes to hmc are welcome, but I'm still satisfied with it and will use it same as before.
