I see no problem with (T/D)*2.5.
Why factor kills in when it's not even part of the original argument (who thaws more?).
The optimal would be T/R, where R is rounds played (game's isn't enough as you can join at 5-5 for example).
We need this tracking, urgently.

True you are right, but unfortunately we do not have the number of samples to weight it correctly and statistically shows that there are several people thawing more than you and than me...I'm not a high arrow either, but
for sure you AIN'T a top thawer as T/D measure indicates.
To measure it correctly we would need:
(Number of Thaws)/(number of Freon matches played)
if the information is provided I'd be glad to calculate it to show you...

Turret frontal damage reduction is 70%
This is complete crap. Sure it's good that it blocks only frontal damage, but it's now absolutely impossible to take down deployed turret with sniping w/o range atten on the reduction (it's also extreme buff to deployed x83). If that should work somehow, it's good to cover up the spam damage you get when you catch someone, but this is like: find a good corner, deploy, spam hard enough so anticamp doesn't kick you out.

I'm not saying that you should run into open fire from a turret, but not being able to snipe them down is crap.

Damage reduction only applies to locational hit attacks. T10s, FP7s and explosives, for example, hit for normal damage. That is a nerf compared to the current setup.

That stealth pistol got nice bug with its special rocket, it can make frozen ppl have 101% and then you cant thaw them anymore
Btw. why is in changelogs never written info about new weps
