Portal Rules Question

Can someone explain the rule to me on Portals.I understand not blocking.But can mines be placed ? Thanks Michie

Do not block, do not mine, do not camp with melee, do not spam (f.ex with Peacemaker).

If the person coming through the portal takes damage they cannot avoid, then it's considered unfair and you shouldn't be doing it.

I found this out the other day on amazing egg race with eggs, when you spawn up the top not far from where u drop the egg in. Ive always had a bender there ready to defend against the opposite team to give the guy a chance to get to the obj. It was only socio saying that was bannable so ofc i apologised for my ignorance. In the original game when players used to camp there we just used the other spawn spots and then went down and killed them. But w/e now i know and i wont do it again.

We are in the BW part, I thought it only applied to BW

And yes, on Eggrace it's always been camped there and i've never thought about banning anybody there since there are 3 portals... I wouldn't have banned anybody for doing so.

Ah well yeah you can't compare RACE and BW directly. But kinda agreed that it will annoy the people coming through anywhere, when they cannot defend themselves.
