We start yet another topic in ban appeals for lack of administrative professionalism...
so here goes another biblical post...
First of all i begin by saying that the SPAM accusation is totaly bullshit since u can CLEARLY read in log i was NOT spaming (please post log of event!) , and ONLY saying the things i usualy say now ( which EVERYONE in the serv knows i say,n some even have keybinds for...) and IS NOT in ANY WAY in violation of ANY of the ldg official rules... talking about weed or saying weed or anything having to do with it is NOT prohibited nor is offensive to anyone, just because the admin ( in this case Socio ) seems to have awoken on the wrong side of the bed(or god knows his reason for h8) and feels to temporary "ban" the use or a certain word because HE alone at the time thinks its "annoying", doesnt give him the right to mute/ban anyone. Is this a server in direct support of random momentary dictatorship? i dont know... please make it clear... anyways, back to more administrative corruption.. Second accusation states that i was "nick-laming".. the details about this "laming" is that i was changing my nickname to publicly state that he illegally muted me(i changed my nickname to IllegalMute)and is also NOT in violation of any rule, which he then started to ban every nickname combination i chose to force the "usedillegalname#" identity to take effect, then called it annoyance (cause i found 347834783434 ways of sayin the same thing) and banned me for the remainder of the match. i come back next match as IllegallyMuted and same thing, a couple of combination nickbans later and we can see Socio has giant amounts of "haterade" built-up in his system to take out on ppl who he doesnt "like" at any random "diva-like" instance. Lastly, as if takin his internal frustration out on me wasnt enough, he also had to force an ASSAULT map on since there were alot of "raisers" that voted a racemap, so he didnt only abuse power with me but he then went and broke administrative rules when forcing a map against general majority vote... now i ask(again), wtf is all this h8 coming from? Is this behavior good for the server? How are his actions legitimate and mine "wrong"? Noone has a problem with me (not even aza now lol)in the server till he showed up with this today, then i get muted/banned because i (and a few others also)say things that we say daily when even HE is present. How is today different from yesterday?

PS - b4 i was able to write this post i logged into the server and found out IllegalName is also blackflagged and Illegal to use now...
ive been playing here for 6mo or so and NOW its illegal to use my nickname? is there any end for this "diva-like" rampage of unfair power abuse?
this tantrum is like an updated anabolic-full version to my last ban by aza(which is all cleared up now http://www.ldg-gaming.eu/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=1756 )

Why do you complain about the mute?
Its not like you are writing down some interesting discussion with anyone, or sharing your thoughts about the game whenever you join the server. Only chat that you ever write down in games is limited to like 10 words and they are either infront of behind "fruity nuggz" and "weed". Nothing of value is lost if you dont speak for a week
Dont say that you didnt broke any LDG rules, you broke rule 3)f and 4)b.
Also nick-laming is mostly because you joined/speced with your "muted" nick to show of how much of a "rebel" you are dozen of times in one game.
Map-force was my bad, and I stated that on the beginning of the game. I forgot to adminlogout after spending a few minutes alt+tabed and it was not because there were "many racers", if I would vote w/o admin logout, Amun-Ra still would have still won I think as it was 4.0 RACE to 4.0 AS.

Rule 3)f says SPAM is not allowed...
wiki meaning of spam states as follows:

so clearly we can see that i was NOT advertising and the only thing that remotely resembles or aproaches his excuse to ban/mute is the fact that somoene else said what i said n then i said it after ( which technicaly ISNT spam ) unless u feel like goin on ur "diva-like" rampage of administrative abuse and manipulating what REALLY happened into a violation of the rules. At the end of the day, it doesnt even matter what YOU think cause the FACT is, that i NEVER said ANYTHING in violation of ANY RULES, the fact that YOU ALONE dont concider my daily chat text "important" or of any "relevance" to the game doesnt mean the mute is deserved, it just means you have a different opinion from mine and last time i checked having a different opinion isnt in any violation of anything either. what r u gonna do? ban everyone that doesnt talk about what u like or see as a "contribution" to the game? wait no ur not, ur just hating lol...

this is a funny one that couldnt be more in direct support of administrative "diva-like" conduct.
i was NEVER caught doin ANYTHING ILLEGAL, the fact that u choose to momentary ban a word doesnt give u the "right" to act however u want. thats why ldg has set rules for proper admins to enforce correctly. That i know of so far, i dont see a rule that says "admins can choose to manipulate any situation as they see fit" (which would explain ur actions), altho i must add 4)b gets QUITE close ;D

yes i did change my name to "rebel" against unfair treatment, damn right i did that, just like u sat there for more than 30min banning every combination of nickname i changed to with the goal of pissing me off lol... u could have just let me stay with "IllegalMute", its NOT prohibited in anyway to change to THAT nickname... if u didnt ban everything i tried on, i wouldnt hav gone on the "rebel" rampage to change it and join/spec for all to see what YOU were doing... i think by now i would know that doing this is definitely cause for a temp ban (did i care at the moment? no, i was beng treated unfairly anyway). Fact is, i wouldnt have changed it 4574457878 times nor join/spec if YOU didnt ban every "rebelious" nickname u saw me put on...


so basicly u can make a "mistake" by forcing on a map regardless of majority vote but i cant make a "mistake" by saying legal word u momentarily banned ( because ur power hungry attitude ) which isnt even prohibited in the rules! all i know is i ride the edge of them rules like a mofoka but i did NOT break or violate any... your manipulative opinion shouldnt dictate the use of administrative action against me..
regardless of ur power issues, even if n00b mute remains, the words at the end of the week are still NOT prohibited and i will come back to say the same, so basicly u just got to misuse ur power and got away with it..
all i know is aza, izy or any of the other admins wouldnt have done what u did, you know this yourself cause im sure ur smart enough to put yourself in others shoes n know if something is right or not regardless of your opinion... ur exellent on map making, just not so good at law enforcement nor equality rights promotion <3

so given the fact that the rule in question was not properly described in detail and subject to a wide range of possible interpretations at the time of mute, is mute still deserved?

first of all... isnt this a ban appeal section of the forum? by posting ur "challenging" the action taken upon u. fact that i simply state "discussion/appeal" obviously and directly states a challenge to the action taken by the admin which brought me to start the "bicblically" propotioned posts that only a blind man wouldnt understand as a challenge, which clearly, politically and moar; ) than obviously make the action taken upon me UNFAIR.

The question above is simply whether you understood that if you continued to act in the way the administrator took umbrage to, action would be taken. I assume that if you had strongly disagreed with the idea that admins are entitled to ban anyone if they give a warning and the offending behavior continues, you would have objected there and then. You gave him an "OK" or similar reply though.
