You logic is incorrect.
You need to go trough the earth in one line, not over it
Anyhow, nothing special to see. Chicago -> New York -> UK (London) -> France (Paris) -> OVH -> LDG

LDG is not in Africa or Australia.
Also, I live in central NY, not in Chicago. So it basically takes me in the opposite direction and then down to New York City which makes my ping at least 20+ more than it should be.
