Nitro Vehicles 8, Patch 13
Scorp - Quantum:
- Shields reduced to 2
- Hitting a driver (not walker on track) will cause you regenerate the damage you did to the driver
- Hitting enemy pawn / vehilce will regenerate you 15 nitro instantly (anti-pacifist).
This means that in Derby Scorp, successful hit will consume only 10 nitro.
- Damage increased: Normal - 26 to driver, Derby (and Multiweapon) - 40 to driver
Scorp - EMP:
- Successful (hitting unshielded nitro vehicle) hit won't consume nitro (anti-pacifist)
Scorp - Unarmed:
- Added unarmed scorp with one shield (costs 5 nitro and lasts 15 seconds), to be used in Stadium Race
Scorp - Multi:
- Fixed weapon rotation glitch upon changing weapons
- While only 2 weps are finished (Quantum and EMP), it will be added to WarMachines

Two things that need to be hotfixed:
- Vamp. quantum regen health even when shielded (should not)
- Multiweapon Scorpions don't have minimum speed to rechage nitro set (should be "high")

Why shields reduced to 2? Now Stadiumrace will be a real nightmare

Stadium race is now unarmed, and scorps have only one 15s shield.

Izumo likes racers so much that he wants to train their dodging skill on his own bombs. You should be thanking him for it that he does so much to raise the racers driving skill!

List of hotfixed changes:
Stadium scorps: Have nitro precharged, have 3 5s shields, which cost 15 nitro
MultiWeapon scorps: Require speed to charge nitro ("high"), increased speed slightly, 3 shields lasting ten seconds, 3 repairs
EMP scorps: No longer have nitro precharged, nitro cost increased from 40 to 55 (this applies to MultiWeapon scorp too).
Quantum scorps: No vampire effect when shielded.
No, back to being serious. If there are requests for other maps to have also unarmed version, write them to the "Poll on Unarmed" thread here: http://ut2004.thenicam.ch/phpBB3/viewto ... f=4&t=1296

Forgot to notice additional changes:
EMP cost reduced to 50
Multiwep scorps have temporarily a weblauncher (50% damage reduction), holding fire with weblauncher causes nitro not to charge
Nitro chargebar charging smoothened.

- Scorpions have ability to jump (toggled by dodge forward)
- Visualized quantum vampire effect (fast shield shader over the driver)
- EMP: charges for 1.5 s, then fires (and has aiming laser when charging)
- Improved flipping code
