Oh dear, looks like someone didn't read the thread. :D The issue here is that players are camping the Venom spawns, so I'd say it's pretty popular.

Havoc's forward thrust now more comparable to Venom's.

BBQ-Bomb damage radius reduced.

Plasma bolts now bFullVolume.

The maximum damage of any salvo of Starburst missiles is now proportional to the number of players visible in the firing arc where that number is not zero (panic button for massive attacks).

Added anti-air Havoc game rules for use on race maps. When active, Havocs may only damage and be damaged by themselves and Venoms.

Plasma bolts are loud.

If a mapper inserts the anti-air Havoc game rules, Havocs can only damage and be damaged by air vehicles, the purpose being to allow Havocs to harass Venoms.

HellbenderRace-Darknight has been updated with the rules and some billboards to explain them, since a) there have been complaints about Venoms being too good on that map and b) Izumo camps at the end. :D If it works I'll rework the other two maps to the format.
