... the railgun is one shot one kill... not to say is the only one that effectively shoots through walls (LS double barrel now is not) ... in my opinion is op...
In close and middle range,You don't need to scope it, just aim and from the hip it goes almost as fast as a shotgun, but with huge damage at any distance...
For long distance and with walls you just scope it... faster and better scope than any sniper...
If you plan to leave it like this I'll use it all the time then...

Railgun does 130 damage.

It only one-shots under the following scenarios;
-Headshot (195 Damage?)
-Hitting target from above (who is airborne/mid dodge), the impact force will kill them.

It also does reduced damage through objects.

I disagree with reducing the movement penalties however. It's a heavy weapon, you should be taking a risk using it.

I believe weapon "worth" depends on which map and style you play ... no?

Are the admins using it?
Is the clip size useful?
