High DPS weapons are dangerous and must be counterbalanced, otherwise they'll be whored. Look at the Stopping Power perk in the CoD series, it's pretty much the default.

EMP does more than 0 damage, it kills people when shot at them.

As ludicrous as that is.

I killed myself with it too. Joke of a KS2, HAMR and M290 are miles more value for money.

MOP is good if you're feeling like trolling and the map supports it.

You killed yourself with it because it's actually bugged and will cause you to shoot the floor if you're moving and have it scoped.
