This isn't effective yet, the total kill / deaths and current skill aren't related directly, it uses only the most recent data for skill.

So pretty much it Slacking correct ? Your Skill system is driving a lot of players away from what I noticed. As good as you guys are im sure you noticed this on hits to sight. Need to step it back some from what I see .Seems like was a lot better for most a few years ago. Without a Team Balancer WTH is even the point ? Either give time for others to adjust teams somewhat or don't bother wasting good maps. Dont forget about ping rate either. Map loading ect... :)

PING IS YOUR PROBLEM AND IS NOT OF INTEREST TO THE SKILL SYSTEM WHICH ONLY CARES ABOUT THE ACTUAL EFFECT YOU CAN HAVE ON THE GAME

For the last time.

Players manually adjusting teams isn't really feasible because of forced numerical balance of teams.

So us Adjusting teams to have a Good Game is incorrect... D= Guess Numbers are more important O=

We're engineers here. Muh opinion = crap. Numbers tell the truth. Bad number => bad player. Simple as that.
