This isn't effective yet, the total kill / deaths and current skill aren't related directly, it uses only the most recent data for skill.

So pretty much it Slacking correct ? Your Skill system is driving a lot of players away from what I noticed. As good as you guys are im sure you noticed this on hits to sight. Need to step it back some from what I see .Seems like was a lot better for most a few years ago. Without a Team Balancer WTH is even the point ? Either give time for others to adjust teams somewhat or don't bother wasting good maps. Dont forget about ping rate either.
