Well I doth declare that my cause for surprise was in relation to the MK781.

Not only is the bolt aim-free and extremely damaging, the spread on this shotgun was already minimal at range. Dying many times to it, only remembering of my final moments being swosh swosh swosh swosh [the sound effect of the silenced shotgun].

I am willing to see how the changes go, though.
